Meeting Touchbase & assignments 11/5/20 Introduction: -Knowledge check with some questions based on previous PVA courses (Between the Spreadsheets and Onboarding) so users will know whether or not they are ready for this BI course @alkimmel Plan to pull Questions from both courses to include as feeder questions

-BI platforms in general @ikabore What BI platforms to focus on? Quickly reference other platforms, but focus on the 3 PEPFAR uses

-Recap MSD data and structure, where to access datasets (Pano and Genie) - Reference BtS and Onboarding to determine data streams to cover @Yabayabadoo

-Long and wide structure topic - 201 or 101 content? Introduction to this idea exists (tidy data training at USAID next, @alkimmel to see if we can borrow) -Knowledge check asking student to identify long and/or wide dataset screenshot proposal: do a pre-test to assess knowledge on tidy datasets, then post test to assess comprehension.

-Pivoting/unpivoting- focus on vocab for rendering datasets long vs. wide. Specifics to follow under each BI section @Yabayabadoo

-When to use BI platform? How could these BI tools help them work more efficiently, produce the analysis they want? @ikabore

-Which BI platform to use? Agency considerations, pros and cons, etc. @alkimmel @ikabore @Yabayabadoo
