Show transfer details on tablet of person that transferred it #63

  1. When transfer succeeded, it takes everything, they suggested that (i) The transferred case tablet should keep a summary of success, and with time and to whom was transferred done. (ii) the data that is transferred should fully load to receiver, at least the full HF data through may not be editable but better if is editable on the shehia to ensure correctness in care the notifier did a mistake.

For #1. All of the data is still on the tablet, but it is hidden since it has been transferred away. Not hard to show it as a "read only" case.
