Deploy OMERO.web and OMERO.figure security release to IDR #352

As discussed today, waiting for feedback from @dominikl and @will-moore as this has been deployed on the recent pilot servers before deploying to prod102.

No issue found over the last week. As discussed this morning, merging and deploying onto prod102 as well as the new pilot.
