I just want to give you a heads up on my current thinking. The code is still messy.

• I refactored the driver and resolver a bit to have a Resolver associated with a specific network, i.e. pool. The Resolver provides one method resolve which takes a DID or DID URL and returns DID Document or ledger object (currently) as a string.
• The driver is responsible to fetch the genesis transaction and creating the pools.
• I think at least the resolver part could be merged with indy vdr.
• Retrieving ledger objects based on a DID URL won't really work until changes to Indy are ready

we should discuss on different strategies how to fetch genesis files for the resolvers, e.g. github repo and local and the implications
