Header

• [x] Brand on the left, usually. Preferably IEEE logo itself, and the src can be given based on dark or theme to decide light or dark logo.
• [x] Contents on the right with links as well
• [x] Make the site responsive such that if it's on smaller width screens, we have a app drawer or a drop down navigation list. Helps a lot because people shall open these sites on phones as well.

You are free to use react-lorem-ipsum component to generate random stuff as text. We can play with the links later. We can decide on the styling later, and that shall be an whole new issue of it's own, which is open for discussion

Footer

• [x] Contains various things like contact, address, sitemap link etc. Open for discussion We could make a basic grid layout inspiring from other ieee student branch websites

When this is done, commit with the message containing "Closes #1". Issue will be automatically closed.

This will actually be the main App component. Routing to other pages usually can happen only between this unless decided otherwise?
