목적

이미지 등을 제외하고,
템플릿 자체가 css, js 등 외부 CDN 상에 호스팅된 라이브러리를 참조하고 있음
- 버전 지원 중단 등 해당 파일이 사용 불가능한 경우를 대비하여 미리 다운로드 후 리포지토리에 아카이브함
- 이로 인해 리스크 경감
