As a user, I would like to have a landing page with forms, so I can login/create an account and use the app. Priority[0-5]: 5 Difficulty[0-5]: 3 Details:

App Name/Logo
Form for user Login
Link to "Create Account"

Completed in CreateAccount2 branch. createAccount2 branch is missing imports, so we are merging with createAccount branch shortly
