KoGES mentioned that they track family disease history and I believe this is probably important to many other cohorts as well.
Right now, we have a general "diseases" category to which we could map both individual and family history of disease. I'm not sure where "family history of disease" would belong and if we would want specifics (e.g., family history of cardiovascular disease).
I think it would make sense to make a term "family history of disease" under "other questionnaire/survey data", then cohorts can choose to map to both "family history of disease" and the specific disease term (e.g., cardiovascular disease).
