Improve plugins descriptions #115

Currently the only source of information of any plugin's functionality - it's description (in GM meta). Descriptions are brief and incomplete. More info can be found in git messages and PRs discussions.

Here I am going to collect all available data, in order to improve descriptions (or add some other docs).
