IITCM GM.* functions are missing #355

IITC Mobile doesn't have any of the GM.* functions. So all plugins that work perfectly fine on destop that utilize the secure GM storage or other GM functions don't work in IITC Mobile.

This is especially hurting plugins with API Keys that you probably don't want to be exposed to anything but the plugin actually needing the APIKey

This is not on our timeline. But contributions are welcomed.

Also, we need sandboxed window, e.g. to be able to load own copy of libraries, such as gapi.
