[serious] messages and data on console: disable/enable option #11

When jsurfer is launched from a console, data and messages are output on the console: there may be an option to enable/disables these outputs.

Note that these messages interfere with the long option --version and --help, which at the time of writing are not working in practice. May be these messages could be sent to an external log console (or something).
