API keys and client support #61

This doesn't have anything to do with the spec itself, but I noticed during the meeting earlier today that some implementations are using API keys. I have been looking into this as well and ran into this issue: qgis/QGIS#38436. I just wanted to draw your attention to it.

QGIS 3.16 supports API keys via a query parameter, see issue referenced above.
