Update config.json.sample

institution name and domain changed (from lipi.go.id into brin.go.id)

@rawidiyaningrum Just discovered that the https://iqss.github.io/dataverse-installations/data/data.json also contains the host name/domain, so that one should also be updated.
@pdurbin was there some Goole doc that you had to use to enter that information about your institution?
