A small editing to Release 6.3 "Upgrade Instructions" #10902

Hello, I'd like to suggest a modification to the "Upgrade Instructions" for Release 6.3 document, located at: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/releases/tag/v6.3

I propose adding a direct link to the Payara 6.2004.6 version, similar to the one found in the Dataverse installation manual:

wget https://nexus.payara.fish/repository/payara-community/fish/payara/distributions/payara/6.2024.6/payara-6.2024.6.zip

This would be particularly helpful because the Payara download page currently uses a JavaScript-based link, and it's a bit tricky to locate a specific version.
