Overview of the Feature Request As an administrator, I can disable the ability of users to make guestbooks fields mandatory To be able to limit the collection of personnal data for instances affected by the GDPR

What kind of user is the feature intended for? Superuser/Sysadmin, but impacted all guestbook users

What inspired the request? GDPR declaration for the entrepot.recherche.data.gouv.fr Dataverse instance

Should this issue also receive the Feature: GDPR tag too for better findability ?
