Survey setup bug: Applying one hierarchy level to all respondents #208

On page 1 of survey setup, regarding the question "Apply one system hierarchy level to all respondents:"

the list in the dropdown should be only the levels, not the list items.
Clicking on one of them doesn't seem to change anything.
