Isness cannot interact with the molecule #141

A quick test with isness showed iMD appeared not to work.

It looks like interactions with the rust server are much lower than with the python server. The default scale of about 100 allows fluid manipulation with the python server, while we need about an order of magnitude larger scale with the rust server for the same feel.

This could explain why interactions from isness may not register: they are probably too weak to be seen.

This needs to be rechecked now that the interactions are fixed with #160.
