wrong reference to gml schemas in ISO 19115-2 schemas #174

In the following schema: http://standards.iso.org/iso/19115/-2/gmi/1.0/spatialRepresentationInformation.xsd is written <xs:import namespace="http://www.opengis.net/gml/3.2" schemaLocation="http://www.opengis.net/gml/3.2"/> which leads to the following issue:

because http://www.opengis.net/gml/3.2 redirects to http://schemas.opengis.net/gml/3.2.1/gml.xsd but http://www.opengis.net/gml/3.2/dynamicFeature.xsd does not exist/redirect.
