mri_valid.xml and gcx.xsd #99

The file mri_valid includes a gcx:Anchor element. As I understand it, this means the schema should be gcx.xsd. When I attach this schema, the declaration for the root element (mdb:MD_Metadata) can not be found.

If I use mdt.xsd (my favorite), this error goes away, but the prefix "mrc" for element "mrc:MD_FeatureCatalogue" is not bound.
