Manually update Extents for certain systems #138

[...] update the extent attribute and individual citations when the GUI’s clarification action doesn’t allow editing these things. [We have to] correct these things directly in the database with some SQL tool. [Will] give you the new wording to replace the old wording. We could try it with the staging instance first.

Didn't see this issue before I entered two of my own about the same thing. I will remove those issues and add comments here about specific tests to try.
