Discussion on what diseases different pathways of calculation have, and how to combine them.

All-cause mortality Note that ITHIM estimates also changes in all-cause mortality for physical activity and air pollution. But this discussion is for individual diseases.

Air pollution:

Ischemic heart disease (IHD)
Cerebrovascular disease (stroke)
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Lung cancer (LC)

These are the four health outcomes for adults in the Integrated Exposure Function.

New dose-response meta-analysis for physical activity have RRs for following diseases

Coronary heart disease (same as IHD for PM2.5?)
Stroke
Heart failure
Lung cancer
Endometrial cancer
Colon cancer
Breast cancer

By assuming that CHD=IHD, three diseases are same with PM2.5 and physical activity:

CHD/IHD
Stroke
Lung cancer

For first two need to be confirmed that definitions between studies are same.

For physical activity we aim to have also following three endpoints in addition what was in previous message:
