I wonder if you have permission from all the mod authors for referencing of these mods, and if not, isn't it an act of stealing mods?

I have included the mod/plugin in the required items so if you want the mods/plugins to work you have to download it from their official site first.

Though your translation is good, you're referencing other mods directly, which can cause other modders to lose a lot of attention (after all, if you just mark the required items ,users can choose not to subscribe them)

I could help you to create transactions of these mods without quoting their source files

just create a folder named "lang",and create files named with "The_code name_of_the_language .lps",such as "en.lps"(you can find the code of language at the Setting page of the game),then put your translations in these files.In this way, you can translate all the mods except for some code mod that does not natively support translation.
