Add selector for supported database type Rename existing playbook files as "MySQL" playbooks (the default)

Thank you for your contribution if you do the split, please include the files for PostgreSQL, to make sure the solution is complete.

This PR is just for implementing the basic framework for supporting multiple databases. Once this is on, I plan to work (more) on supporting PostgreSQL as well - but that will be a separate PR. This PR, as it is, does not change the existing functionality, that's why I submitted it upfront.
