Updates the existing IfW-Plugin templates to use the new perfdata schema.

damn, havent seen the existing PR from sukhwinder although i looked again...
The only major difference is the introduction of the disk_used template. But since all other missing templates should also be added, it would make sense to tackle this separately and close this one again...
