Provide better error message when attempting to create a duplicate report #218

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If I try to create a new report but give it the same name like an already existing report, it will throw an error message. However the error message is not so nice looking :)

Describe the solution you'd like

An understandable error message, not a failing SQL statement.
