Description

When you drag and drop rows, for example, the dragged element goes below the scrollbars and headers of the grid

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Grid Row Drag Example https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/grid/row-drag
  2. Drag a row form Grid 1 to Grid 2
  3. ...

Expected result

I expect the dragged element to be above all other grid elements.
