Simulation setup for bluerov2 and mavros #74

This allows us to simulate the sub directly using ArduPilot's Software In The Loop simulation with gazebo. Now, we can test if our motion code that interfaces with mavros does what we expect, as well as test any changes we might make in ArduSub.
