Python 3 support #20

Hi!

This looks like a great library! I've been using pydoit and snakemake up to now.

I noticed, that travis is configured to test only python 2.7. Are there any plans to support python 3.x?

Best, Ajasja

Hi Ajasja,

Thanks for the inquiry. Python 3 is not an immediate priority, but we will likely be making the transition to dual python 2/3 support at some point before the Ubuntu 18.04 release.

any progress on this?

https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/python-pyflow/tree/master/debian/patches have the (subset of immediately obvious) patches for Python3. That was not too bad. Some feedback would be nice.

Python 2 EOL is in 10 days. Any news?
