Create end Points in Account Service to Create Company after Registration #82

You need to create endpoint in Account service to provide ability to create Company for user Account.

Create good validation and messages for company fileds.

Create validation for UNP and etc!

Update account with new Company Id and update AcccountStatus from NotApproved to Approved
