Support inaturalist project names in fetch data feature for not just individual usernames #63

This seems like it would have a lot of untility for specific projects including school group citizen science projects since in an inaturalist group you can limit the data to certain users, locations, time ranges, etc as part of the group configuration.

If you want to test it you can use our image datapolooza group "image-datapolooza-2023" https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/image-datapolooza-2023

@johnbradley you are an admin on that project if you want to play with any of the data limiting features for the group.
