Organise and run a meeting to ensure that the Imperial team has all the information they need to continue development and operation of the system:

• Review of the ops documentation and deployment process
• Understanding of changes made during this project
• Review the workflow and data model documentation
• Discuss future developments and approaches to take

Acceptance Criteria

List the criteria which must be met for the issue to be considered complete

• A day of face-to-face (in person or via video call) training (may be broken up over the course of the project)
