[alpha/health?] Allow EMS to use First Aid Kits on individuals #2249

Assurance: Have you read through the rules from the README.md file in the root folder of this GitHub repository?

Summary: Write a summary of what your suggestion is about.

Allow EMS to use First Aid Kits on individuals. (Either EMS or Normal First Aid Kits) and it would charge the person it was used on for the First Aid (Based on the price at Mt Z)

Reason: Why would your suggestion be a good change to the framework? This would enhance EMS RP and would be a also be a good start to allow interactions between players (Eg Rather than dropping an item on the floor and someone picking it up you can just give the item directly to the person)

Why wouldn't you just carry around first aid kits and give those to the player in need? with your other suggestion #2250 you would also not have the issue of other people picking it up

The idea behind this is to try make EMS RP more than just waiting for calls, and allow for more interaction between EMS and other players.

This would also allow EMS to administer first aid rather that just giving them a first aid kit and letting the player do it themselves. (Which could lead to minor injuries being treatable on scene rather than having everyone have to go to the hospital)

Isn't that the point of the cpr command "a booster"

CloudTheWolf commented 2 years ago

as far as I know /cpr only works for downed people, and hardly ever gets used (Something I'm looking to bring up with the EMS team)

It works on people who are up too, but usually should not be the case because it's just a little powerful.

My main concern is that we are gonna end up having something that does exactly the same thing as /cpr
