Implement different building lifetime models, demolition rate, e.g., as in https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1530-9290.2012.00571.x
Problem: This may work well for some countries and building sectors, whereas for others, the currently implemented building lifetime model, where the demolition rate is already known at the time of construction, works better.
