Modularize RECC v2.6 #50

Split main script into different modules for end-use sectors, material cycles, and env. extensions, to facilitate model update, reduce computation time, and improve the general overview on what is happening where.

Also, to test the functioning of the modules, we need to create a set of test data with known results, taken from the current RECC database, plus 'toy' data to test specific calculations!
