We should add a small feature to the config table: Update-overwrite
RECC uses the existing .dat file (if any), but all parameters where the 'Update-overwrite' flag is set to TRUE will be re-read.
This way, one or more single parameters can be quickly exchanged without having to re-read the entire database.
This comes in handy if one wants to quickly check the effect of certain parameter changes, such as small adjustments in 2_S.... to get smoother inflow curves etc.
