Adaptation of ODYM_RECC_Export_xlsx_Combine_Select.py for use of RECC results export to IIASA database format. Use with RECCv2.5_EXPORT_Combine_Select.xlsx - Sheet 'RECC_Export_IIASA' (located in \Dropbox\RECC_v2_5_v2_6\results)
