Make it possible to use a script to set up a microcontroller.

The script should attempt to do the following:

Take a user input consisting of the role and ID
Put it into download mode
Write the weights to memory
Set up network params
Flash worker code
Test connection

2 is a sub issue.

Writing of weights will not be implemented, as a refactoring to simplify the data storing and accessing logic will be done in #9
