Error message I received:

$ aws s3 cp s3://logan-pub/c/SRR18385003/SRR18385003.contigs.fa.zst . --no-sign-request fatal error: An error occurred (404) when calling the HeadObject operation: Key "c/SRR18385003/SRR18385003.contigs.fa.zst" does not exist

According to this page, this was submitted in 2022: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=SRR18385003

hi Tomer,

Thank you for reporting this. We didn't process 100% of the SRA prior to 2024. Some accessions fell through the cracks. Some couldn't be assembled after a few attempts.

Some are not public, e.g. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=SRR21768605

We cover 96% of the SRA prior to 2024 in unitigs and 88% in contigs, see https://github.com/IndexThePlanet/Logan/blob/main/Stats-v1.md
