Cant upload to roblox #2

It gets exported as a .txt file and i changed it to .jpg with a files app and there was nothing as the photo, i even tried uploading that picture as a tshirt or decal and it still didnt do anything. Help please

The tool is designed for exporting images to .rbxmx files, so you can use them in Roblox Studio and bypass images in your own game. It isn't designed for bypassing images to upload as decals or t-shirts, but I'm sure there are plenty of other tools for that.
