Add ability to have separate test pages for project. #41

If the quantity is listed as > 1 then it would be ideal for PCB projects to have separate test page for each PCB. It would suffice to number them from 1,2,3... to the number of quantities.

Not sure if this is the best idea as it adds an extra layer of complexity.
