Improvements to "Edit Event" feature #56

  1. Make edit window for description larger.
  2. The edit window for description is not a pop-up window.
  3. Create a new edit button that is only for the description.

The idea is to make the editing process inline or within the page similarly when editing on GitHub and Gitlab. Removing the pop-up makes it possible to make the editing window much larger and in my opinion a much smoother user experience on mobile.

Below is a suggested location for a new edit button.
