Create a project contribution path #115

An initial proposal for a project driven contribution path for ISPO WG Members.

We posit that a time bound project with milestones will help WG members contribute to the InnerSource Commons.

[x] Update the ispo-working-group/CONTRIBUTING.md with the new project contribution path guidance
- [x] Include a project pitch page including a lead and contributors.
[x] Use the project template to define a standard project. e.g. add a new page to the managing innersource book
[x] Take a long-lived contribution through the process; (@akritiko 's draft)
[x] Profit?!
