How to create Buddy List(Roster) and Buddy vCard?

Settings > Configure Extension > Appearance These fields make up your public vCard. When you click Save, they are updated across anyone who is subscribed to you.

The Roster is built up as you add buddies (that are also marked as XMPP peers)
