Suggestion: Replace Buttons with Ellipsis #3

Switch out the following for 1 ellipsis button with a dropdown of the options: Kick/Ban, Edit/Deactivate, and, if implemented, Save/Broadcast/Delete

This will reduce clutter and prevent misclicks
