One specific generation target - price survey questionnaires - need to "tag" questions in order to identify them for specific behaviours. An example : the ability to mark a price field as "discountable", ie a candidate for price cut.

We need to provide asap a cost analysis of this feature.

Also, we may found this very close to a Generic (the app) need.

QuestionConstruct looks like the right DDI element to plug a tag of sort into.

However, no existing property of this element seems to be adapted to the tagging. Should we implement that has a custom property through a UserAttributePair ?
