[FR] Automatically use dark mode if Onyxia is in dark mode also #137

This feature concern a mix of work in :

[x] Onyxia-web : https://github.com/InseeFrLab/onyxia-web/issues/581

For this repo we should try to :

[x] modify our base image for R to add a RProfile at a site level to add a dark theme if a chosen env variable is set => https://support.posit.co/hc/en-us/articles/360047157094-Managing-R-with-Rprofile-Renviron-Rprofile-site-Renviron-site-rsession-conf-and-repos-conf
[x] same idea for jupyter if possible
[x] same idea for vscode if possible
