Actually i put below url on wrong palace. maven { url "https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/godel-release/godel/" }

your gradle should look like this.

apply plugin: 'com.android.application'

repositories { mavenCentral() maven { url "https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/godel-release/godel/" } }

android { compileSdkVersion 27 buildToolsVersion '28.0.2'

defaultConfig {
    applicationId "com.instamojo.androidsdksample"
    minSdkVersion 15
    targetSdkVersion 27
    versionCode 1
    versionName "1.0"
}
buildTypes {
    release {
        minifyEnabled true
        debuggable false
        proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
    }

    debug {
        minifyEnabled true
        debuggable true
        proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
        testCoverageEnabled false
    }
}

lintOptions {
    abortOnError true
}
compileOptions {
    sourceCompatibility JavaVersion.VERSION_1_7
    targetCompatibility JavaVersion.VERSION_1_7
}

}

dependencies { api fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs') implementation 'com.instamojo:android-sdk:2.0.1' implementation 'com.squareup.retrofit2:retrofit:2.4.0' implementation 'com.squareup.retrofit2:converter-gson:2.4.0'

//For Internal development

// api project(':android-sdk') }
