[X] Revise author concatenation, add to WorldCat plugin #85

How do we add additional authors/editors for books with more than one, and possible for concatenation on the fly so that we can see if the citation is correct (and edit it if not)? (If more than one author, they are in MARC records as 700 fields). Publisher location and Publisher should be reversed on form.

Book info isn't concatenating into a citation properly. See here.

If you put in a custom citation, that information doesn't carry over to public pages like the /booksavailable form--only the post title does.
