[X] Confirm user roles and views #94

Confused about user roles. When someone with status Reviewer logs in, they can see all Reviews and Responses. Should not be able to see or edit either of these. How would we limit to only the reviewer's book/review and nothing else? Reviewers don't seem to be able to open the posts, but should not be able to see the titles and the authors.(Still confused as to why Reviewers need to have accounts in the system).

This is a bigger question—if we don’t want reviewers in the system, that’s okay, but we should revisit these decisions since we’ve been operating on the assumption that they are in the system (same with editorial board members, etc). We can refine the views for reviewers to hide unnecessary stuff, but we need to answer the first question before we go down that route.

Users beyond Senior Editor don't seem to see the right things (reviewers see Reviews, which they shouldn't; associate editors only see Media, Pages, Comments, PublishPress, and shouldn't see any of these things). Really confused about how we tailor the experience of any users beyond Senior Editors and Assistant Editors...it just seems like it will be very confusing for reviewers, associate editors and not sure why they need to be able to log in and use this system unless they can only see their own reviews and nothing else (for reviewers) or the reviews they are editing and nothing else (for associate editors)--but it doesn't seem like that would be possible. I think I'm not understanding correctly what is meant to be happening, and perhaps it's just a question of renaming the steps of the workflow so they make more sense to me.
