Tightening up the layout across the workbench:
aligning info link icons with others on all pages
better-aligned buttons to the right or bottom right of fields they are connected to (center was confusing in a couple)
standardizing layouts (missing grid elements, keeping style markup similar across files, removed unnecessary forms from user channels page)
compacting table layout and fixing horizontal scroll (CSS hacked)
tweaked some button names
